All payments are to be paid once the cleaning is done. With the exception of move-out cleans. All payments for move-out cleans are to be paid and cleared by the morning of service, unless its a real estate move-out. Payments for real estate move-outs are to be paid by or on the agreed upon date.  Accepted payment methods are:
